About Your New Job
As a Shared Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the shared services department. Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of shared services areas. Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency. Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to your team, fostering their professional growth and development. Leading a dedicated team of professionals, including AR, AP, and Payroll. Developing and implementing service-level agreements to meet and exceed business needs. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to achieve SLA targets. Creating and maintaining efficient policies and procedures. Ensuring smooth implementation of process changes with minimal disruption to internal customers. Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies while driving change. About You:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Extensive experience across AR and AP departments. Experience in payroll is desirable; however, not essential. Innovative thinking with a proven record of identifying process improvements and effectively executing change. Strong leadership and people management abilities to inspire and guide your team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in analytics and problem-solving to drive data-informed decisions. The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach to working across departments to achieve common goals. What is in it for you:
