Email: Call: West Sector: Accounting and Finance Job Summary Respected & reputable brandConvenient location - Accessible by public transportHybrid / WFH 2 days a week Job Description About your new employer:• A stable environment with a supportive management team and a great culture• Reputable well-respected brand• Forward-thinking and innovative• Multiple locations across Australia• Growing organisationAbout your new job:Working in a busy environment with a supportive team, the role would suit a highly experienced Payroll Officer who can work in an end-to-end capacity.• Managing weekly payrolls for approximately 1000 employees• Handling and resolving payroll queries and managing the query inbox• Processing payroll adjustments - ad-hoc manual payments• Setting up new starters• Processing termination payments• Reconciling workers' compensation• Updating employee details and changes• Month-end reporting and reconciliations• Assisting the Payroll manager with ongoing projects concerning system/process/procedure improvement as required.About You:To be successful in this position you will ideally have exposure in the following:• A proven track record in the area of payroll management - ideally within a full function/end-to-end• Knowledge and understanding of Australian employment law and interpreting Awards & EBAs• Previous experience in high-volume payroll processing• Exposure to large payroll systems• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with relevant departments• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracyWhat is in it for you:• Flexible work arrangement - WFH 2 days a week after probation• Supportive management team• Convenient Macquarie Park location - Accessible by public transport• A stable work environment with job security
