About your new role
Partnering with the Head of Systems as well as the senior leadership team, the IT Manager plays a critical role in the effective delivery of IT services to over 50 staff across multiple sites throughout Australia. This critical role will deliver a reliable and efficient IT service to all users as well as drive initiatives to enhance or upgrade the technology function to allow for sustainable growth.
Some of the other key functions include:
Manage the relationship with the external MSP partner to ensure that service levels are adhered to. Oversee the IT infrastructure including upgrades and enhancements. Provide support for the O365 environment and network infrastructure. Support a bespoke software application by coordinating with the external partners. Lead all IT projects from planning to implementation with a focus on meeting time and budget goals. Provide detailed documentation on processes, workflows and procedures that are available to all staff.
About You!
As the ideal applicant for this position, you will come from a small to medium organisation where you have owned the IT environment across multiple sites and supported a user community of more than 50 people. You will hold a degree within IT or a comparable qualification. You will have a background in a small to medium sized organisation where you have managed the IT environment. Alternatively, you may have come from an MSP where you have gained broad skills as a team lead or Manager. You bring strong skills and knowledge on O365 administration as well as Windows servers, WAN, LAN & Citrix products. You can demonstrate capability with modern security best practices. You're experienced at managing the partnership with a third-party MSP (managed service provider). Interpersonally, you are an excellent communicator with the ability to partner with senior leaders as the technology subject expert. #J-18808-Ljbffr
