This progressive and dynamic company, operating in Sydney's North West, are looking to strengthen capabilities within their Corporate Accounting team.
Your new role...
This is a permanent role reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will require a technically savvy Corporate Accountant to prepare and deliver all statutory and regulatory requirements for the Group function.
Preparation of financial statements and management reports for the executive team (monthly, quarterly and annual) including various analysis reporting Oversee monthly journals and reconciliations in SAP for accurate financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of balance sheet items Liaise with the global shared service function to ensure high level of accuracy of financials Responsible for Income tax calculation and tax accounting for year-end statutory reporting Preparation of FBT, GST and BAS statements and other ad-hoc tax matters as requested Provide business insight to non-financial senior stakeholders and high level communication of the numbers.
About You!
• You are CA or CPA qualified or part-way through with desire to complete
• 3-5 years experience working in an Accounting role within a commercial environment
• Hard working and ambitious finance professional with a can-do positive attitude
• Can work autonomously and within a supportive team having strong analytical skills for problem solving
• Ability to communicate across all levels including non-financial members.
