About your new job:
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a professional and experienced Customer Service Provider. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Manage and deliver the intake and deregistration of customers. Conduct care calls and wellness checks to customers who have life support mechanisms in their homes to certify their safety and well-being during power outages. Ensure customer satisfaction with every call. Conduct quality insurance of internal processes to ensure we are meeting all regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain communications to be shared via all communication channels. Record and respond to customer complaints pertaining to life support processes. Prepare and provide input to weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as directed. Attend external forums representing the company. About you:
• Previous experience in a high-paced customer service role.
• Always display a customer-focused mindset and able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances.
• Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work.
• Experience working with multiple systems and resources.
• Manage competing priorities to achieve effective, efficient, and productive customer service.
• Manage change and be adaptable to a changing business environment, including the introduction of new procedures, systems, and regulatory policy.
• Be able to complete a medical and police check.
