About your new job:
Reporting to the Credit Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Collection calls of overdue accounts
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries
• Issuing invoices and sending follow-up emails
• Organising payment plans where required
• Bank and debtor reconciliations
About You:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a proven track record of the following:
• Previous background in Credit / Collections
• Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
