West Coast Renos is a small, ever-growing local business that specializes in renovations of bathrooms and kitchens as well as full renovations of domestic and commercial properties in Karratha, North-West WA. We also perform maintenance work and insurance projects, covering everything from Electrical, Carpentry, Tiling, Paving, Painting, Gyprocking, Fencing, and much more.
We are looking for a supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the building industry and be able to organize and run a crew effectively, coordinating different trades across multiple jobs.
There is an opportunity to work your way up to becoming a director of the company, with options for profit share and equity in the business. This role would suit someone who has just received their builder's license, is already running a company, or is part of a similar company, or someone with extensive renovation experience looking to transition from hands-on work to building a partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
Organizing jobs and supervising teams. Final inspections and quoting jobs. Selection of materials for projects. Minimum Requirements:
Competence in various trades with a strong work ethic. Experience in running a team or a company. Australian driver's license. Good personal manner for client and staff interactions. We seek candidates with a positive can-do attitude, a willingness to upskill, and an interest in personal development.

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week.
Schedule:
