About the Role:
You will be able to contribute to CSBP's growth and profitability by providing high standards of customer service and performing administrative functions through the efficient and cost-effective provision of services to Distributors and end-user Customers.
As a crucial part of the team, you will liaise with various internal departments (Despatch, Sales) and key external stakeholders including customers, fertiliser distributors and sales agents, service contractors, suppliers and fertiliser road transport companies.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Support CSBP's credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting). Ensure communication and liaise with Accounts departments. Scheduling, arriving and dispatching of customer products. Conduct a professional efficient service to Regional/Area Managers and customers, providing information on all administration and Marketing Programmes. Liaise with sales team to manage intake stock and customer intake forecasts. Undertake bulk waste recordings and record contractor hours. Coordinate with sales and operations as to product availability. Prioritising your safety, and the safety of others in all practices. Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?
A background in customer service, with a high level of integrity. Excellent phone manner and overall communication skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised. Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks. Experience using computerised sales systems and proficient in MS Office applications. High level of problem-solving capability and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to handle a high volume of work & challenging situations. As part of our recruitment process, we require all candidates to undertake a pre-employment medical including a Drug & Alcohol testing. Ability to work in a flexible work environment. Please note that the general hours of work are 7am – 3pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 5pm (occasional Saturdays). Hours of work may vary depending on business requirements. This is a full-time fixed-term role for approximately six to eight months.
