Up to $30.86 p/h+ super, penalties, tax benefitsLocated in TurramurraPermanent part-time or Full timeWhat you'll be doing in this role Our Wellness Officers go beyond basic assistance with hospitality activities, to work collaboratively with clients and their families to provide opportunities for social connection and build community.
Your care work may include: Providing quality, timely and effective wellness servicesCommunicate well with clients with caried needs and backgroundsPromote the right and privacy of our clients, in accordance with relevant policy and legislationSupporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.Who we're looking for Ideally, you'll have a Certificate II om Aged Care or Individual Support or an or working towardsA good insight into the health, social or aged care services industries, with previous experience in aged or community careAssist clients with medication and recognise Health Body SystemsYou'll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.We'll create a better future for you Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we support them to grow and develop to be their best through our strong commitment to learning, flexibility, great benefits and a positive culture of teamwork and cooperation.
