The Position: As our Wellness Centre Coordinator, you'll be part of a dedicated Allied Health team focused on supporting the well-being of our aged and vulnerable clients. If you've got personal trainer qualifications and want to manage the centre while still helping others live their best lives, this is the perfect role for you!
Be the Face of the Centre: Represent Integratedliving and spread the word about our Wellness Centre and virtual services! Daily Management: Keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling to client satisfaction. Organize Fun Events: Plan activities like fitness challenges, morning teas, and social events to keep clients engaged. Community Outreach: Build strong relationships with local businesses, medical centres, and community groups. Group Exercise Expertise: Bring your personal training experience to support group classes with our Exercise Physiologists. About You: Sales and Management Experience: Strong experience in customer-centric roles like retail or gym management.Community Engagement: Experience in health promotion, stakeholder management, and face-to-face outreach. Organizational Whiz: Self-directed, with great administrative skills and attention to detail. Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact. Communication Skills: Effective at engaging with multiple stakeholders and adapting your style to suit different audiences. What You'll Need: Personal Trainer Qualifications: Fitness Australia registration preferred. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate: Keeping everyone safe and healthy! Driver's Licence and Own Transport: For potential travel to community outreach opportunities. What's in It for You: Competitive Remuneration: Not for Profit Salary packaging options up to $18.5 K/year tax free. Opportunities for Growth: Advance your career with professional development and learning opportunities. Stable Employment: Job security with the chance to make a real impact in your community.Inclusive Team: Be part of a vibrant, diverse workplace that values collaboration and respect. Ready to Join Us?
