Our Civil Construction division is looking for a Wellington Civil Manager (role previously called Area Manager).
The primary objective of the Wellington Civil Manager is to provide strategic guidance and leadership to Contracts Managers, driving the realisation of HEB's vision, strategy, and expansion goals within the Civil Construction Wellington business, covering the greater Wellington region and lower North Island.
This pivotal role entails spearheading initiatives to achieve agreed-upon strategies, ensuring profitable growth and fostering business development across current and emerging markets.
Collaboration with existing and prospective clients, as well as engagement with the broader HEB business, is integral to comprehending their requirements and shaping strategic plans accordingly.
Additionally, the Wellington Civil Manager will champion the development of capabilities to deliver tailored solutions, fostering sustainable long-term growth within the organisation.
