About the Role As Team Leader - NSW, you'll collaborate with the Services Leadership team and the Manager - Wellbeing to support a diverse, inclusive, and multidisciplinary model of care. You'll oversee the NSW Wellbeing teams, ensuring our mental health programs and other grant-funded services are delivered with quality, safety, and cultural inclusivity. This role is pivotal in driving positive health outcomes, building resilient communities, and supporting our clients to lead healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities Lead and Empower: Supervise and support our NSW Wellbeing teams, ensuring program objectives and deliverables are met with excellence. Innovate and Integrate: Drive a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to service delivery, with a focus on continual improvement and innovation. Quality Assurance: Uphold clinical, cultural, and operational standards while mitigating program risks to maintain the highest level of service quality.
