About the role:
Based @ Kirra Beach Care Community Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Lead the Meaningful Life program in the Care Community Develop opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events, and activities for all residents Drive Opal HealthCare initiatives including Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands Curate programs to support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life Develop resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessments Work together with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence Coach care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residents Liaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social, and physical needs and preferences Engage with residents' families to encourage visitation and socialization Demonstrate Person-Centred Care principles approach At Opal HealthCare, we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
