Our values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence are at the heart of everything we do.About the role:Based @ Bunbury Gardens Care CommunityMonday - Friday, 9am - 5pmLead the Meaningful Life program in the Care CommunityDevelop opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events and activities for all residentsDrive Opal HealthCare initiatives including Meaningful Mates and Helping HandsCurate programs to support residents' physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of lifeDevelop resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessmentsWork together with clinical teams and allied health professions to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independenceCoach care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residentsLiaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferencesEngage with residents' families to encourage visitation and socialisationDemonstrate Person Centred Care principles approachThis is not just a job but a career!
