St Peter's Catholic College, Tuggerah is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Wellbeing for Learning Lead commencing Term 1 2025.
This position attracts a 3 point coordinator allowance with a focus on student wellbeing.
The Wellbeing for Learning Lead works with and through others to ensure each student, including learner diversity, HPGE and First Nations, is exposed to high-quality teaching.
They work in partnership with others to ensure student engagement leads to successful learning and positive student outcomes.

Specific Criteria The capacity to provide leadership characterised by lateral thinking, innovation and a willingness for ongoing improvement. Proven track record in senior leadership. The ability to converse with staff in a collegial manner to achieve improved outcomes for students. The capacity to create and maintain an environment that supports continuous improvement in curriculum design and delivery leading to the achievement of high-quality outcomes for all students. Ability to lead self and others. Ability to manage conflicting agendas. Knowledge and understanding of trauma informed practice and supporting students with complex behaviours, social and emotional and additional mental health requirements. Well-developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to work and communicate within a team environment. Proven organisational skills and capacity to show initiative in working independently. The ability to liaise and communicate effectively and positively, ensuring productive interchange and professional conversation regarding student outcomes. How do I apply?
