St Peter's Catholic College, Tuggerah is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Wellbeing for Learning Lead commencing Term 1 2025. This is a non-teaching position which attracts a 3 point coordinator allowance.
The Wellbeing for Learning Lead works with and through others to ensure each student, including learner diversity, HPGE and First Nations, is exposed to high-quality teaching. They work in partnership with others to ensure student engagement leads to successful learning and positive student outcomes.
While this is primarily a non-teaching role, we still encourage applicants with teaching qualifications to apply.

Ability to lead self and others. Ability to manage conflicting agendas. Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed practice and supporting students with complex behaviours, social and emotional and additional mental health requirements. Well-developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to work and communicate within a team environment. Proven organisational skills and capacity to show initiative in working independently. The ability to liaise and communicate effectively and positively, ensuring productive interchange and professional conversation regarding student outcomes.
