We are looking out for:
Demonstrated compassion, tolerance, patience and empathy for aged peopleUnderstanding of the ageing process and an interest in dementia careDemonstrated experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of lifestyle/recreational activities in an aged care environmentYour ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your roleAbility to communicate effectively with consumers, relatives and all members of the care teamCertificate IV Leisure and Lifestyle with a minimum of 12 months experienceWorking RightsJoin us today and see where it takes you tomorrow! It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
