About the role Full Time Permanent roleBased at Eldercare Goodwood - site opening early 2025Be a part of the positive outcomes for our residentsAn exciting opportunity for a high performing Wellbeing Consultant now exists at Eldercare Goodwood, a 100-bed aged care facility in the Inner city suburb of Goodwood.
You will design individual resident support plans aligned with residents' agreed outcomes and lifestyle choices. You will partner with residents, families, and the Eldercare multidisciplinary team to promote autonomy, purpose, and connection for all residents. A natural 'people-person', you will use your belief in the potential of our residents and your team to achieve extraordinary results.
