About the role
Full Time Permanent role Based at Eldercare Goodwood - site opening early 2025 Be a part of the positive outcomes for our residents An exciting opportunity for a high performing Wellbeing Consultant now exists at Eldercare Goodwood, a 100-bed aged care facility in the Inner city suburb of Goodwood.
You will design individual resident support plans aligned with residents' agreed outcomes and lifestyle choices.
You will partner with residents, families, and the Eldercare multidisciplinary team to promote autonomy, purpose, and connection for all residents.
A natural people-person, you will use your belief in the potential of our residents and your team to achieve extraordinary results.
To be successful you will:
Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or have similar qualifications or equivalent experience Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be committed to delivering person-centred care If you want to join our inspiring team, we can offer you:

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
