About the Care Home: Bupa Kempsey is a modern care home located in the Mid North Coast region of NSW.
It is situated in the historic Macleay Valley known for its cedar timber industry, the home of Slim Dusty and the iconic Akubra hat factory.
It consists of 82 beds, with a variety of care units.
Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

From art classes and gardening clubs to day trips and movie nights, you'll make sure there's something for everyone.Social butterfly extraordinaire: Whether it's a lively game of bingo or a quiet chat over afternoon tea, you'll be the friendly face who connects residents and fosters a sense of belonging.More than just activities: You'll be a supportive companion, assisting with daily living like mealtimes and outings, and offering emotional support to those with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.Resident champion: Your voice matters!
You'll gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities truly hit the mark.Team player: You'll collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities, document progress, and escalate any concerns.Hygiene hero: Keeping things clean and safe is essential.
