Essential skills and knowledge  li]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li]:py-2 [&_p]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li>ul>li]:pl-0 pl-4 jobrequirements"> Requirements: Extensive experience in well test operations experience (for Supervisors further experience in a supervisory role).
In-depth knowledge of well testing techniques, slickline equipment, and downhole tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working alongside clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Strong commitment to safety and proactive risk management.
