As a Welder/Machinist, you will play a crucial part in the production and fabrication processes within our well-established manufacturing facility.What you'll be doingPerform specialized welding and machining tasks to a high standard, adhering to project specifications and safety protocols.Operate a variety of cutting, grinding, and finishing equipment with precision and care.Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.Collaborate with the production team to deliver projects on time and to the required quality.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Identify and report any issues or defects to the supervisory team.What we're looking forProven experience as a Welder and/or CNC Machinist.Strong proficiency in various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Flux-cored arc welding.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Current forklift license and experience in a production environment would be highly desired but not essential.What we offerAt Programmed Skilled Workforce, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
