Our dedicated team of welders are responsible for manufacturing and maintaining our bins at our modern, purpose-built factory in Braeside.
Role & Responsibilities:Fabrication and repairs of various sized steel and plastic industrial bins and other waste equipmentCut, shape, join and repair metal componentsMIG welding bins from drawing and design specificationsInterpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications for job requirementsVarious forms of metal fabrication work including operating drills, presses, metal cutting machinery and a variety of hand tools and measuring instrumentsExamining finished welded products and smoothing, cleaning, polishing, grinding, and chiselling material where requiredWork in teams to manufacture, assemble and repair waste equipmentAssisting BINGO customers with their orders, whilst demonstrating a high regard for customer serviceWhat makes you a GOgetter:Metal fabrication, boilermaker, or vehicle body building experienceMIG welding experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret drawings and job specificationsCurrent drivers' licence and reliable transportFlexibility to work Saturdays and overtime where requiredAbility to identify and resolve mechanical problemsA strong safety-focused work ethicWhat you receive as a GOgetter:Weekly pay for all GOgetters.When you join the BINGO family, you have the chance to make $1500 for every friend you bring to BINGO!Training and progression opportunities within the BINGO family.A strong, employee and safety-driven company cultureEmployee benefits such as novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition program and retailer discounts.At BINGO, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
