Our client, located in Greenfields SA, is looking for full-time Welders First Class and Pressure Welders.
Our client is a well-established engineering and fabricating company that provides high-quality products and servicing to their clients.
Currently, they are looking for skilled and experienced welders to join their dynamic team.
The Role: Study blueprints, drawings, and determine specific job requirementsSelect and prepare metal stockMark out metal sections and shape using hand toolsCut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches, and metal cutting machinesUse a variety of welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal productsExamine welds for precisionFinish welds by applying cleaning products, smoothing, filling, and chiselingAssemble, weld, and repair pressure vessels and pipesKey Requirements: You must have a ACQ Certificate III including at least two years of on-job experienceOr at least three years of relevant on-job experience may substitute the formal qualificationClear understanding of production drawingsAbility to work under pressureGood organizational skills with a "can do" attitudeAble to work efficiently on your own or within a team environmentSalary of between $75k - $85k plus superannuation If you meet the above criteria and you're interested in contributing to an organization that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from you!
