Our Client, Brenmark Fabrication Pty Ltd is a leading Custom Truck Body Builder located in Dandenong South. We are looking for experienced truck body builders for a full-time role with regular overtime.
You will be required to fabricate and fit truck bodies and associated equipment to cab chassis. T
The position will require the following tasks: Determining required dimensions, measuring, cutting and bending of steel Welding Grinding Drilling Fitting body to cab chassis Prepare for painting - clean welds and steel work (grinding & sanding)
Role: To contribute to the production of truck body frames under supervision of a Truck Body Builder/Supervisor in accordance with their direction and any specifications/plans provided to a professional standard.
Responsibilities: •           To work under the direction of the Building Section Team Leader, Factory Foreman and Managing Director
•           Adhere to company policies and regulations.
Tasks: •           Following required dimensions
•           Measuring, cutting and bending of steel
•           Welding
•           Grinding
•           Drilling
•           Fitting body to cab chassis
•           Prepare for painting - clean welds and steel work (grinding & sanding)
•           Use appropriate Personal Protection Equipment
•           Maintain and respect tools and equipment
•           Be responsible for keeping work area clean
•           Any other reasonable requests made by your Team Leader, Foreman or Managing Director
salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
