In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, fabricating required parts, utilising MIG welding techniques, ensuring quality and safety standards, selecting appropriate materials, and collaborating with team members to optimize production processes.
Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.BenefitsStructured Training and Progression Hourly rate of $34 - $38 p/h Work/Life Balance Daytime hours from 7am - 5pm, and a half day on FridayOn-site parking and easily accessible location in Marsden ParkKey duties and responsibilitiesInterpret Engineering Drawings: Understand technical specifications and designs to accurately guide your work.Welding and Fabrication: Utilise MIG welding and fabrication processes on various products and equipment, ensuring precision and quality.Oxy Cutting: Perform oxy-fuel cutting as required for specific tasks.Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets established quality and safety standards, following best practices.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all work completed, documenting processes and outcomesAbout You Relevant Trade Qualification or industry experience Demonstrated experience with MIG Welding and oxy cutting Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAble to read and understand welding proceduresA commitment to following standard work practices Pride in the quality of your work The ability to work without supervisionAre you excited to join the Welder/Fabricator team in Marsden Park?
