About The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Foreman some of your responsibilities will include: Interpret and work from engineering drawings or blueprints to fabricate and assemble structural components, frames, and fixtures Perform various types of welding processes, such as MIG and stick welding Ensure precision and adherence to quality standards Adhere to safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with other teams to coordinate the assembly and installation Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise, proposing solutions to ensure the timely completion of projects About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar Welder/Boilermaker role Proficiency in various welding techniques, ideally MIG and stick welding Skills in reading and understanding engineering drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble components You will also have: The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures What's in it for You?
