About Our Client Our client, located in Laverton North, is an international leader in rendering, providing the domestic and international markets with the highest quality animal protein products.
We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to operate and manage their weighbridge.
The successful application would be required to work day shift, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
About the Job Reporting to the operations manager you will operate and manage a busy weighbridge ensuring raw materials and finished goods are received and despatched efficiently.
You will complete daily administration duties and prepare daily reports.
Attend to all vehicles entering and leaving site Conduct driver inductions Enter load details into system Direct drivers as required Issue paperwork to drivers Administration duties Process invoice and reconcile payments   About You Previous administration experience Customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft office suite Strong verbal and written communication Previous experience working in an office environment preferred Certificate IV in Business Administration preferred but not essential Previous weighbridge operator experience preferred but not essential   Benefits 3-6 month role minimum Access to our employee benefits   CoreStaff is a leader in workplace diversity, and we encourage applications from Indigenous Australians for all roles, females for non-traditional female roles, and applicants with disabilities to apply for all of our jobs.
