Your exciting opportunity to join our Distribution Centre at Lytton!
In this role you will play a vital part in coaching and leading our Weigh Label Room team, whilst coordinating and executing various department functions.
We are looking for inclusive leaders within our Distribution Division, based at Lytton.
**This is an afternoon shift role – 2.10pm – 10.30pm, however flexibility would be required**Responsibilities include: Coach and develop the team to ensure they have the capability to meet the performance goalsReport on operations and general work planningEstablish, communicate and monitor safety standards and lead corrective action in areas of high riskExecute the site's plan with ongoing measurement of performance, achievement of scheduled deadlines and allocating resources appropriatelyManual handling duties – lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reachingIdentifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risksKey requirements:Experience in a high volume manufacturing industry in a Team Leader position.
Experience in food manufacturing and/or FMCG industry will be highly regardedProven communication and leadership skills to lead a teamDrive the continual improvement of both processes and peopleA desire to build team capability through training and transfer of knowledgeAbility to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstaclesComputer literate and comfortable using the MS suiteWe're looking for people who are?curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us; people who want to contribute their best work every single day?and continue delivering deliciously good food that's…Always Good!
