Handling a diverse range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems Supporting the team with various projects and ad-hoc duties as required What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the automotive or a similar industry Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges What we offer
