At Regis, we recognize the importance of the role our reception at our facility at Regis Kirwan. We are currently looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team working Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm.
How you'll make an impact Answering all telephone enquiries.Maintain files and documentation.General administration and data entry.Stationery ordering and petty cash management.Assisting with staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.Communicate roster changes and staff coverage to relevant staff members and management.Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and roster changes.Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.Assisting with visitor enquiries.Administrative support for other departments of the home.Availability for additional reception coverage including but not limited to sick leave and annual leave.About you Previous experience working in a busy reception role.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.Strong accuracy and data entry skills.PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel).Ability to learn internal software systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.About Regis Regis offers a diverse range of care options including residential aged care, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite.
