Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Weddings and Event Operations Manager on a Full Time basis. If you have a love for delivering amazing functions, we want to hear from you!
A day in the life This role is responsible for managing and executing function-related activities at both Nikola Estate and Oakover Grounds. You will lead a team of wedding and events supervisors, coordinate tasks, ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, and assist the restaurant manager when required.
This role requires a mix of organizational skills, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to guarantee the success of every event. We're looking for someone who is adaptable and who has a 'can-do' attitude. As a leader, you'll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver exceptional functions and events.
