The Role As a member of the events team, you will work alongside a dedicated, friendly events team and be responsible for providing an excellent service for customers and planners at weddings and events, to make sure they have the most magical experience.

Duties Collaborate with clients to determine their wedding vision, preferences, and budget. Research and recommend vendors, and suppliers that align with the couple's style and budget. Create detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Coordinate logistics on the wedding day, including setup, vendor management, and guest services. Manage contracts and negotiations with clients. Provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring all attendees have a positive experience. Upsell additional services or products that enhance the wedding experience for clients. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and style. Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple weddings simultaneously as well as a busy inbox. Experience in wedding co-ordination at a similar sized house is advantageous. Proficient in guest services, ensuring all client needs are met promptly. Ability to upsell services effectively by understanding the clients needs while always maintaining client relationships. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and vendors. Ability to manage business socials on platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva is preferred. Understanding event logistics is an advantage. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in event coordination or related field. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in time management and ability to work under pressure. Upselling skills to enhance revenue opportunities. Remuneration Opportunity to add monthly bonuses based on conversion of events.
Gratuities are also added monthly.
Potential to achieve an annual team bonus.
Quarterly training by external suppliers.
Once induction is complete, personality flow report can be completed from an external supplier.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate: Wimborne BH21: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Event Management: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
