Details of the offer

Candidate must have events coordination experience.
Greet/welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude, directing them around the premises.
Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Schedule appointments, manage diaries, and prepare meeting and training rooms.
Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
Assist with the management of all wedding and function bookings with a full understanding of function areas and capacities, efficiently coordinating covers.
Liaise promptly and frequently with clients via phone and email as well as in person, providing support to clients throughout the planning process and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house supervisors in the lead-up to and during events.
Assist management with the planning and execution of large-scale events.
Maintain a calendar of events and promotions.
Identify and develop relationships with key wedding and event platforms and vendors.
Promote and market the venue, developing its public profile and market presence, and identify new opportunities to attract potential clients.
Ensure all websites and social media platforms are up to date, ensuring promotion of weddings and events.
Be available to work evenings and on weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Abbotsbury, NSW 2178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024 #J-18808-Ljbffr
