Webster Packer- Star Discount Chemist Glenelg OPPORTUNITIES IN THE ROLE A workplace that has a strong emphasis on building our team's skillset and capabilities Personalised training provided Attractive staff discount on products Opportunities for progression in the role A supportive and involved leadership team 3 shifts a week- Friday Shift required(9am-5pm) ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service through ensuring customers' webster packs are handled efficiently and care.
Other duties in the role include: Provide exceptional customer service Assemble medicines for prescriptions Learning and relaying product knowledge to customers Ultimately the role we are looking for is someone who can manage our Webster packing needs for 2 days a week including, packing, printing, and organising packs.
On Fridays we expect you to be on the shop floor, serving customers at both Lotteries and our tills.
Our community take priority in our pharmacy, so we expect you to be able to work closely with our customers to assess their needs and help them accordingly.
You will be taking in scripts, processing payments, taking phone calls, and when able to do so, completing front of shop tasks i.e.
planogramming, stocktakes, putting tickets out.
