Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, as our Website Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and ensuring that it aligns with our mission.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimise user experiences, and deliver high-quality website projects.
In this role, you'll: Oversee the implementation of website changes and updates, from concept to deployment.
This includes managing project timelines, resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Create, manage, and communicate a clear and actionable product roadmap that outlines the website's feature development and enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of website projects.Elicit and document clear, concise, and actionable requirements for the website, working closely with stakeholders to prioritise features.Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that the website provides an exceptional user experience, is intuitive, and meets user needs.Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that all website features meet the highest standards of quality.Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimise features, and identify areas for improvement.Help gather/manage requirements for CMS migration.Oversee and manage web analytics tools to track and analyse user behaviour, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.Coordinate website releases, taking into account feature readiness, dependencies, and risks.About you: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a related role in website development and management.Familiar with web development and web analytics (Google Analytics).Proven track record of successfully managing website projects, from concept to delivery.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Sound like you?
