Primary Responsibilities & DeliverablesYour primary responsibilities include:
Perform regular checks to ensure AA WCAG compliance for all componentsPerform automated and manual testing on componentsDeploy frontend code via agreed pipelinesMaintain and upgrade existing websitesPHP website development and maintenance (including WordPress)Integrate third-party systems into websitesConform to documented processesWork closely with other development team members in an agile processCompany StandardsYou are required to meet the following standards:
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with lunch and breaksYou are required to use business tools as directed by your General ManagerYou are required to contract with LT Network solely and not with any other organisation in a similar capacity for the duration of your employmentPersonal DevelopmentYou are required to:
Keep up to date with the latest web development and industry trendsCollaborate and knowledge share with other LT Network DevelopersAttend specialised training workshops and courses to upskillKey Support RolesYour support role to other team members includes but is not limited to:
Contribute to the overall company direction and growth as discussed with your manager(s)Deliver accurate and detailed handovers to internal teams when on leave or not availableSupport internal teams to meet client requirements and goalsProvide constructive feedback to internal teamsKey Performance IndicatorsYour key performance indicators are what you will be measured against and include:
