About the role Create a professional and engaging shopping environment for online customers that showcases our range of products.
Collaborate with you team to ensure that webstore has all current sale items posted to its website.
Engage your creative side to photograph, upload and post images along with descriptions of items for sale at your store (photoshopping as required).
Package goods securely with high level of presentation and in line with our processes and policies; and Dispatch all purchased goods, with promotional material as required in a timely manner.
About you Ideally you will have experience within a retail physical and online environment.
An eye for detail with great spelling and grammatical skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs while working towards KPI's.
Well-developed communication skills to be utilised across multiple platforms including phone, email, online and face to face; and Basic to Intermediate computer skills (Including Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Picassa and internet searching) and Point of Sale (POS) system experience.
