As an IAM Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping WebBeds' Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, leading the design and implementation of robust IAM solutions that align with our business objectives. Based in Melbourne, Australia, and offering a hybrid work model, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders, evaluating cutting-edge tools, and driving governance to ensure secure and scalable IAM outcomes for the organization.
In this role you will: As an IAM Architect at WebBeds, you will lead the development of a future-state IAM roadmap while ensuring the ongoing enhancement of the existing architecture. You will evaluate and onboard innovative IAM tools, oversee implementation projects, and provide expert insights at governance forums. Working closely with stakeholders across departments, you'll help align IAM initiatives with business objectives, communicate progress, and ensure the organization is equipped with secure and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of a future-state roadmap and architectural design for the Identity and Access Management program. Maintain and enhance enterprise IAM architecture across all areas of the organization. Conduct proof-of-values for new IAM tools and lead the onboarding and implementation of these tools. Participate in architecture governance forums, ensuring alignment and quality outcomes across initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IAM strategies with business objectives. Represent IAM architecture in steering committees and other project meetings, providing updates and insights. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. A deep understanding of IAM transformation programs and experience across multiple security domains. Proficiency in developing and maintaining architectural governance frameworks and overseeing initiatives. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions, including Entra ID, IGA, and PAM tools. Detailed familiarity with industry standards such as SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP. Expertise in security control frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001:2022. A collaborative and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to drive innovative solutions and achieve alignment with organizational goals.
