Web Server Administrator

We are looking for a full-time remote Web Server Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall management, configuration, and development of our WHMCS platform. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure the smooth operation of our billing, client management, and support system. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop custom WHMCS modules and integrations to enhance our services.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, configure, and upgrade the WHMCS platform to ensure its stability and performance.Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as needed.Manage user account permissions and access controls.Develop and maintain custom WHMCS modules and addons to meet specific business requirements.Implement and integrate third-party solutions and APIs to enhance functionality.Set up and manage pricing, invoicing, and payment gateways within WHMCS.Generate and send invoices to clients and manage the billing process.Provide technical support and assistance to clients using WHMCS.Assist in resolving client issues related to billing accounts and services.Create automation scripts to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.Implement WHMCS hooks and triggers for automation and customization.Ensure the security of WHMCS and client data by implementing security best practices.Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance standards.Generate reports and analyze data related to client accounts, revenue, and system performance.Use data insights to make informed decisions and improvements.RequirementsMinimum of years of experience as a WHMCS Administrator/Developer.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency in WHMCS administration and customization.Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with web hosting, domain registration, and server management.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and client support skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Certification in WHMCS and experience in Web Hosting are a plus.Knowledge of other web hosting control panels.Familiarity with web hosting technologies and virtualization.Knowledge in cPanel, Plesk, Virtual Private Servers (VPS) will be an added advantage.Employment Type: Full Time, Remote.#J-18808-Ljbffr
