Job Description
Contribute to the implementation and management of content.
Write and edit web content to a high standard in line with the Digital Transformation Agency's style manual
Develop tailored website content as well as content for online tools and resources accessible via the website.
Oversee the management of website publishing requests and liaise with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Contribute toward the development and implementation of content governance documents, materials, and processes
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver a fit for purpose digital product
Researching, analysing, and evaluating the effectiveness and performance of information, resources, and customer journeys using Google Analytics
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated website content development and publishing skills
Experience in building rapport and managing stakeholder and team relationships to capture and engage skills, knowledge, and capabilities to enhance existing website
Strong written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with a range of stakeholders
Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills, including sound judgement and the ability to interpret data, reports, and other information
Knowledge of HTML desirable
Experience using GovCMS or other content management systems for web publishing desirable
Experience using and reporting on Google Analytics
Demonstrated understating of web accessibility requirements and WCAG 2.1
