We're hiring a Web Developer who's ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You'll be managing our websites ensuring they are fully functional and intuitive with a delightful user experience ensuring we are fully optimising website traffic to drive rapid growth globally.
What you'll do: Web infrastructure management: Ensure our websites are fully functional, updated and optimised for speed, performance and user experience across all locales. Implement smooth deployment processes, ensuring reliable updates to production. Content & front-end management: Build picture perfect, responsive pages that follow design and implement js and css animations to make our website pages beautiful and engaging. Enhance existing pages with new content, design and UX improvements. Performance tracking: Manage analytics platforms and monitor traffic, user behaviour and conversion performance. Identify and validate trends, hotspots, problems, insights, opportunities with corresponding execution. Conversion rate optimisation: Drive a program of systematic experimentation through the use of A/B and multivariate testing. Create landing pages and implement tactics that maximise conversion. SEO and marketing integration: Support the implementation of SEO best practices across web properties, ensuring websites are fully optimised. Work closely with regional teams to support digital campaigns and drive traffic growth. What we will look for: Technical: Must have: HTML, JS, CSS Nice to have: CMS and headless CMS Analytical: experience manipulating data to get to insights Execution: taste, judgement balanced with rapid quality execution; you love to ship and iterate to beauty.
