Instant seeks a skilled Web Designer to supercharge our inbound growth.

Instant is seeking a Web Designer to join our Growth team, focused on driving in-bound and self-serve growth. We believe self-serve revenue will be our biggest growth channel within the next 6 months, and you'll have the exciting opportunity to be a strong part of establishing this from the ground up. Our ideal candidate has a passion for web development, is a great cross-functional communicator and possesses a knack for getting the visuals right. Our tech stack includes Framer, Figma and React (Next.js).
Key Responsibilities:Design and build high-performance web pages.A/B test landing pages for lead generation across multiple channels (Meta ads, Google search, direct mail, podcast, etc.).Build web-based applications and interactive experiences that drive leads.Improve load speed and optimise conversion rates of forms throughout our website.Track and understand data to help optimise our front-door surfaces.Build design systems and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX.Execute quickly and consistently.What you need:Minimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience.Experience with React (Next.js).Strong proficiency in React.Strong knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimisation.Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.Why Join Instant?We commit to paying globally competitive salaries to our incredible team.
