Proof and edit all website content, ensuring our strict quality standards are maintainedEnsure content meets the requirements of our clients by reviewing client onboarding informationEnsure content is Search Engine OptimisedDeliver a quality end result that aligns with our internal efficiency targetsProactively develop and maintain authentic relationships with internal stakeholders across the business Who are you & what will you bring? Exceptional Writing, Editing and Proofreading Skills Proficient use of AI software tools (ChatGPT) Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills Demonstrated background in writing and proofing Digital Content that matches the needs of the client, as well as their audience Time management proficiency – balancing your time without compromising quality Solid Team Player – you collaborate, you speak up, you support the customer vision Ensuring content complies with our in-house style guide Fact-checking AI-generated content against client-provided information Journalism/Communication/Arts degree encouraged but not required Why it's great to work with us!
