We are looking for a Web Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
About the role: The Web Content Coordinator supports the creation, planning, scheduling, curating, and editing of content for Bunnings's websites across Australia and New Zealand, both consumer and commercial.
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day content activities of the Web Content Team, that serves the business 7 days a week.
As the Web Content Coordinator, you can expect to: Edit, publish and promote digital content across Bunnings' digital ecosystem, including consumer, commercial, and house brands.
Research, edit and provide insights while collaborating with internal and external agencies and suppliers.
Uphold publishing standards and execute the Bunnings brand and digital style guide across all digital content.
Publish content using the content management system (CMS) accurately and timely.
Review and edit website pages , including store information, D.

content, campaign content, services information, and product information.
Collaborate with the Content team and third parties to publish and update high-quality, engaging digital content.
Coordinate information from relevant departments for new content publication.
Contribute to customer journey mapping and wireframe creation for campaigns.
Optimize digital content with the Search Management team before launch.
Promote services, products, and campaigns throughout the year.
Identify and update website content to keep it accurate and up-to-date.
Represent the Web Content team in stakeholder meetings, articulating the website's role in the customer journey.
Analyze insights and trends to enhance customer engagement.
Assist in status reporting on digital projects.
React to content publication needs in a 7-day retail environment.
Communicate website maintenance and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
About You You are a passionate marketer who is adept at learning new technologies when required and possess excellent time management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will also: Be Tertiary qualified in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
Be Flexible with working hours, as they can be spread across the full 7 days in a week.
Ideally have hands-on expertise with website content management platforms (Sitecore preferred).
Possess digital marketing, content creation, and retail experience ideally.
Ideally have hands-on expertise with web analytics platforms (Google 360) and behavioural analytics tools.
