Web Content Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Web Content Administrator to join a growing business in the E-commerce sector. This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a growing business while developing your skills in both e-commerce and marketing. 

The Role
As the Web Content Administrator, you will report directly to the Marketing Manger and be a key contributor to the successful migration of their products and services, to a new digital platform. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that website content is consistently up to date, accurate, and aligned with the company's brand and marketing strategies. Some other key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the seamless transition to the new e-commerce platform, handling data migration and web page optimisationAssisting with CRM management to ensure that customer data is properly organised, maintained, and utilised to support marketing campaignsProviding general administrative and marketing support.Skills & Experience Experience in web content administration or related data entry positionKnowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plusStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesA proactive and collaborative approach to workPrevious experience in an e-commerce environment or digital marketing would be advantageous, but most importantly, we're looking for someone with a keen interest in growing their expertise in this field and contributing to the overall success of the business.
