GameStop is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This is a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in the technology industry.
Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and support to customers- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions effectively- Collaborate with other team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:- Resourceful and confident with strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously- Ability to present information clearly and effectively- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using web chat platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
