About the Role Based in Shepparton, you'll join the Water Delivery Services East team, providing superior front-line customer service and office administration support to all GMW customers and stakeholders.
Working in a team environment, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing adimistrative support to the distribution services team, processing a range of transactions, resolving customer enquiries, assisting and coordinating meetings and is committed to meeting agreed performance targets and quality standards.
What do you need?
Highly experienced in customer service; Experience in performing administrative tasks; will possess strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening; be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively; Highly developed interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail; suggest and/or make continuous improvements to processes and guidelines; thrive in a busy environment; and be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
