Interested candidates must reside in Perth. The WS Field Specialist - WIT is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WS Field Specialist - WIT identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. This work will be located between South Australia and South Australia including regional area around Western Australia.Responsibilities These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processes.Perform ServicePrepare Field DeliverablesRemove and Secure ResourcesDeploy and Position ResourcesPrepare ResourcesVerify ResourcesCapture Field DataObtain Customer Acceptance of DeliveryEvaluate and Reconcile ResourcesPrepare Final Job DeliverablesDeliver and Archive Final Job DeliverablesPrepare Job Invoice Supporting DocumentationVerify and Prepare Resources at Product Line LocationAdditional Responsibilities • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. • Responsible for service delivery execution. • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. • Maintain the required safety training.Experience & Exposures: • Field • PSD • At least 2- 3 Years work experience • Operations IntegritySalary range 80,000 - 110,000 per yearWhy are you the right candidate for this role?
