We are a well-established beauty company with new positions becoming available in Townsville, offering a variety of treatments such as facials, waxing, massage, IPL hair reduction & skin correction, radio frequency, and more. We use high-quality products and equipment, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Perform a range of beauty treatments with confidence and skill. Provide consultations and advice to guests on their skin and beauty needs. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon. Build and maintain relationships with salon guests. Work well as part of a team and support other staff members. Follow salon policies and procedures. Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or equivalent. At least two years of experience as a beauty therapist in a salon environment. A friendly, positive, and professional attitude. A passion for beauty and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and reliable availability, including weekends and evenings. A current driver's license and own transport.
